Who we are

This site belongs to TablePlay. The full address and company numbers are at the bottom of every page.

Why you heard from us

We contact hospitality businesses at their general address, the kind published on a contact page. We take it from the venue's own website or from a public directory.

We do not use personal addresses and we do not keep the names of staff.

What we hold

For each venue: the trading name, the town, the country, the website address and the general email address. We also record whether a message arrived and whether the link was opened.

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party measurement.

Unsubscribing and deletion

Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe. After that the address is removed, and other addresses on the same domain stop hearing from us too.

To have everything about your venue deleted, write to the address at the bottom of this page.

Where the data sits

Everything is held on servers inside the European Union. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own use.
